The automation controller is used for the automation and monitoring system of a single generator set, realizing the automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection, and "three remote" functions of the generator set. The controller adopts large screen LCD display, and the interface operation can be selected in Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portugal, Türkiye, Polish and French. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller or through USB on a PC Interface adjustment can also be done through RS485 interface adjustment and monitoring on a PC.

*Note: Language packs can be flashed to support multi language interfaces. The generator set controller adopts a 32-bit microprocessor, which can achieve precise measurement, value adjustment, timing, and threshold setting functions. All parameters can be configured from the front panel or adjusted on a PC through a USB interface (or RS485 interface). Due to its compact structure, simple connection, and high reliability, it can be widely used in various automatic control systems. The HGM6100N series generator set controller is equipped with a built-in network communication module, which can enable the generator set to be connected to the internet. After the controller logs into the cloud server, the unit data information (including GPS positioning, altitude, etc.) will be uploaded in real-time to the corresponding cloud server. Users can monitor the generator set on the cloud server through a mobile app (ISO or Android) and computer terminal devices, and query the operating status, event logs, and configuration parameters of the generator set. The network communication module also has SMS function.
